65 & 100A PCB power relays are safety-rated for solar inverter applications
In certain applications the isolation provided by an electromechanical switch is still a requirement. Zettler (Puchheim, Bavaria, Germany) has extended its AC solar relay offering with the AZSR165 and the AZSR190 series.

With a footprint of 38 x 33 mm, the AZSR165 and AZSR190 bring high capacity switching into a compact PCB package. AZSR190 is a 90/100A power relay; the single-pole relay is rated for switching currents up to 90A in the standard version and 100A as high current version AZSR190T. It features a contact gap of 3.6 mm, 5 kV dielectric strength between coil and contact and a low holding power of only 310 mW. Details of approved loads verified by UL and TÜV are provided in the unit’s datasheet.

The AZSR165 series is the economy version of AZSR190 series for switching currents up to 65A. The AZSR165 has a contact gap of 3.0 mm, a dielectric strength of 4 kV between contact and coil and features a holding power of 360 mW. Application-oriented loads are approved at UL and TÜV. For example: 20A make - 65A carry - 20A break, 690VAC at 85°C for 30k cycles. Details of approved loads verified by UL and TÜV are provided in the unit’s datasheet.
